1) This entire season is SUPPOSED to be pointless fun/just random episodes so the creators can take a break and recharge while they plan the next arc, don’t be rude
2) Grifball was a miniseries completely centered around OCs, stop acting like this is a new thing. Also the ‘pointless’ argument could be made for a good portion of the older miniseries…s.
3) The humor they’ve shown us for a good portion of the season is very reminiscent of the first few seasons, which the fandom has been clamoring for for ages, so again, don’t be rude.
4) One of the first main arcs was centered around a Freelancer recruiting the BGC and the trailer not only assured us there would be more, but we’d get an episode with CT and Wash. You’ll get them soon enough.
5) This entire season is a BREAK . They’ve said over and over that it exists to bring in other writers and content creators to help with the season while RT recharges from 13 seasons of constant plot SO WE CAN GET MORE ACTION AND EXCITING STUFF IN THE FUTURE. STOP BEING RUDE.

6) Do you really want to send the writers the message that they aren’t allowed to take breaks (while still managing to deliver content?) anymore? Do you? Is that the message you want to send to people who are making content?
7) No one is saying that you have to like the season. A lot of it has been hit and miss for me, too. But stop being a bunch of entitled brats because you’re not being catered to, and let the writers take their well-earned BREAK and play around with ideas they don’t get a chance to in story seasons.
